These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of syracusegrand.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Kevidco LLC d/b/a Syracuse Grand. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to make a reservation. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
All reservations are subject to availability and to the rate plan, deposit, and cancellation rules disclosed at the time of booking. Rates may change without notice prior to confirmation. The Site may display rates from third parties — those rates are governed by the third party's terms.
You authorize Kevidco LLC to charge the payment card on file for room charges, taxes, fees, incidentals, and any damages or smoking-violation charges. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Cancellation deadlines and penalties are stated on your reservation confirmation. Cancellations made after the deadline and no-shows may be charged the first night's room and tax (or full stay for non-refundable rates).
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise stated. Government-issued ID and a valid credit card are required at check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photos, logos, the "Syracuse Grand" name, and the site design — is owned by or licensed to Kevidco LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (booking engines, payment processors, social media, mapping tools). We are not responsible for those services or their content. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevidco LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site or a reservation will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the relevant stay.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kevidco LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Onondaga County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
